To guarantee the highest level of security for your purchase, all shipments are processed through FedEx
and require a signature upon delivery.
Order Processing & Schedule
We take great care in preparing your jewelry for transit. Please note our processing guidelines:
- Preparation Time: All orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2 business days.
- Daily Cut-Off: Any order placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin its preparation on the following business day.
- Tracking Information: Once your shipping label is created, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
To ensure your items are not held in a shipping facility over the weekend, we adhere to the following dispatch schedule:
- FedEx 2-Day Shipping: Dispatched on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- FedEx Overnight Shipping: Dispatched Tuesday through Thursday.
