Internet Purchases Return Policy

The return of items purchased through the Morgan’s Jewelers website will be honored for a full refund or exchange, net of original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and if applicable in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact. All returns must be previously approved in writing. To request a Return Authorization Number (RA) please contact us at sales@morgansjewelers.com. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned item the item will be inspected and if found to be in original unused condition a refund will be issued. Such inspection will take from 1 to 3 days to complete, and the refund will be issued within 10 days thereafter.

The following items are not returnable under any circumstances:

1. Any item which is specifically ordered for the customer and not normally stocked in the store.

2. Any item which is specifically made for the customer, i.e. jewelry created based upon the design and direction of the customer.

3. Any stock item which is altered as to size or design as directed by the customer.
