1. General

Who is Morgan's Jewelers?
Morgan’s Jewelers is a trusted, family-owned and operated fine jewelry store founded in 1946 by Morgan and Helen Varon. Located in Torrance, California, the business has proudly served the South Bay community for 80 years across three generations of the Varon family. Renowned for offering exceptional fine jewelry and timepieces, Morgan’s blends approachable luxury with uncompromising integrity, expert craftsmanship, and the personalized service that has earned the trust of generations of loyal clients.
What does Morgan's Jewelers offer?
We offer an extensive, curated selection of fine designer jewelry (featuring brands like Marco Bicego, Gabriel & Co., and Sylvie), GIA-certified loose diamonds, engagement and wedding rings, and museum-quality colored gemstones. Additionally, we are a premier authority on fine Swiss timepieces (such as pre-owned Rolex, Cartier, and New Breitling) and offer on-site custom jewelry design, certified Swiss watchmaking servicing, master jewelry repairs, and professional estate appraisals.
Where does Morgan's Jewelers sell jewelry?
Our extraordinary showroom is located at 22200 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505, which serves the entire Southern California South Bay community (including Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, and Redondo Beach). Customers can also explore our collections, shop, learn about our services, and submit inquiries online at morgansjewelers.com.
Do I need an appointment?
No, appointments are not required for standard browsing or basic services. Walk-in clients are always warmly welcomed, whether they are looking for a casual gift, bridal, timepieces or a simple repair. However, scheduling an appointment in advance is always helpful for highly personalized consultations, such as engagement rings, custom jewelry design, or formal estate appraisal services.
Does Morgan's Jewelers sell pre-owned watches?
Yes. Given our long history with luxury Swiss timepieces and our specialized estate buying and liquidation services, Morgan’s Jewelers offers a large, curated collection of fine pre-owned and vintage luxury watches. Every timepiece is rigorously inspected and authenticated by our certified Swiss watchmakers.

2. Ordering, Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we handle high-value items, custom modifications, and rapid order fulfillment, any changes or cancellations must be requested immediately by emailing [email protected]. If an item is standard stock and has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation. However, custom designs, specially sized rings, or custom-engraved pieces cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

In-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. We will try to accommodate any expedited requests that are made directly through the store. Please note that any order placed after our daily cut-off time of 3:00 PM PST will begin preparation on the following business day. If your order requires ring sizing, custom modification, or must be ordered directly from a designer partner, this will add several business days or weeks to your delivery timeline.

To ensure your jewelry is never held in a shipping facility over the weekend, all online orders are sent via trusted, fully insured luxury couriers (like FedEx or UPS) according to a strict weekly dispatch schedule:

  • FedEx 2-Day Shipping: Dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
  • FedEx Overnight Shipping: Dispatched Tuesday through Thursday.

Once your shipping label is created, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. Because these shipments are fully insured, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Due to the high-value nature of luxury timepieces and fine diamond jewelry, Morgan’s Jewelers requires a physical residential or business street address where a secure signature can be captured. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or standard APO/FPO addresses due to carrier insurance restrictions, unless special security arrangements are made in advance.

3. Custom Designs & Personalization

Do you create custom jewelry or modify existing designs?
Yes, custom design is one of Morgan's Jewelers’ primary specialties. We have a complete suite of professional equipment in our workshop to produce quality, bespoke pieces. Our master jewelers and design team work directly with clients to take a concept from a sketch or 3D rendering to a beautifully finished piece of wearable art.
Can I use my own heirloom gemstones or gold for a custom piece?
Absolutely. As a multi-generational jeweler, Morgan’s Jewelers frequently works with families looking to repurpose sentimental heirloom items. Our designers can evaluate your existing jewelry, safely unset your family gemstones, melt down or trade in your gold, and integrate those precious elements into a brand-new, modern heirloom.
Can personalized or engraved items be returned?
No. In accordance with standard fine jewelry policies, any item that has been custom-made, altered, sized, or personalized with custom engraving cannot be returned or exchanged, as it has been tailored specifically to your unique preferences.

4. Jewelry Care, Wear & Longevity

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, pool, or ocean?
Yes, our jewelry is constructed of solid fine metals and safe to wear in the water. However, while it is durable enough for the shower, pool, or ocean, excessive exposure to chlorine or saltwater can diminish the luster of rhodium plating over time. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after swimming. You can also take advantage of our professional jewelry cleaning service, which is always complimentary!
How should I clean and store my jewelry at home?
For solid gold, platinum, and diamonds, you can soak the pieces in warm water mixed with a few drops of mild dish soap, gently scrub them with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse cleanly, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Always store your fine jewelry in a fabric-lined jewelry box, ideally in separate compartments or soft pouches to prevent harder stones (like diamonds) from scratching softer metals or other gemstones.
Why is my sterling silver/gold-plated jewelry turning color or tarnishing?
While Morgan’s Jewelers specializes heavily in solid fine metals, any pieces containing sterling silver or gold plating can naturally tarnish over time. This happens because the copper or base alloys in the metal react chemically with sulfur and moisture in the air, or with personal care products like lotions, perfumes, and skin oils. Regular, gentle wiping with a specialized jewelry polishing cloth will easily remove surface oxidation and restore the metal's shine.

5. Gifting & Presentation

How is the jewelry packaged? Will it arrive ready for gifting?
Presentation is a crucial part of the luxury experience at Morgan’s Jewelers. Every purchase is beautifully placed in a premium, signature Morgan’s Jewelers gift box, accompanied by elegant gift-wrapping and presentation materials, ensuring it arrives ready to impress your recipient.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes. Whether ordering online or arranging a gift pickup/delivery through the showroom, you can request a personalized, elegant gift enclosure card featuring a custom message written specifically for your recipient.
Will the price be visible on the packing slip if I send it directly to a gift recipient?
No. When you indicate that a purchase is a gift being sent directly to a recipient, Morgan's Jewelers will include a gift receipt/packing slip that completely omits the pricing details while keeping all necessary warranty or authentication documentation intact.

6. Payments, Financing & Security

What financing or 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options do you offer?
Morgan's Jewelers believes that investing in fine jewelry should be a stress-free experience. To support this, we offer flexible financing options and tailored payment plans through outside trusted luxury jewelry lending institutions (subject to credit approval). We also offer traditional custom in-store layaway programs to allow you to pay off your investment over time.
Is my payment secure on your website?
Yes. The morgansjewelers.com platform uses advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways. This guarantees that your credit card data, personal information, and financial transactions are completely safe, encrypted, and protected against unauthorized access.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is assessed in compliance with state and local tax regulations based on where the purchase is completed or delivered. For all items purchased directly or picked up at our Torrance showroom, standard California and Los Angeles County sales tax rates will apply.

7. Repairs & Maintenance

What happens if my jewelry breaks or a stone falls out?
You can bring the piece directly into our full-service Torrance showroom. Because we operate a state-of-the-art on-site repair shop, our master goldsmiths can expertly re-tip worn prongs, repair broken chains, solder broken components, and source a matching replacement diamond or gemstone to seamlessly restore your piece to its original condition.
Do you offer professional cleaning or inspection services?
Yes. To ensure the life and brilliance of your jewelry, Morgan’s Jewelers highly encourages clients to visit our showroom regularly for professional inspections. Our GIA-trained staff will evaluate your jewelry under magnification to check for loose stones or compromised structural elements. We frequently provide complimentary professional steam cleaning and light polishing to keep your fine jewelry looking as radiant as the day you first took it home.

8. Engagement Rings

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell engagement rings?
Yes. Morgan’s Jewelers is a premier engagement and bridal destination in Southern California. Our showroom features an extensive inventory of loose, GIA-certified diamonds and designer engagement settings from top brands like Sylvie, Vlora, and Gabriel & Co. Our full-service, on-site custom design studio guides you through every step of the journey, creating a one-of-a-kind bespoke ring designed exclusively for you.
What engagement ring style is trending in 2026?
In 2026, heavy yellow gold settings dominated the market. Commonly seen with bezel settings, which wrap the diamond in a protective collar of precious metal. Alongside east-west oriented stones (where emerald, oval, or marquise cuts are set horizontally across the band). Multi-stone toi et moi (you and me) rings featuring contrasting gem cuts also remain highly sought after.
What if I order the wrong size for a surprise proposal?
This is a very common scenario, and Morgan's handles it routinely. For most classic solitaire or diamond-accented settings, our on-site master goldsmiths can easily adjust the ring up or down a size after the proposal. If you are opting for a full eternity band (where diamonds wrap completely around), our staff will guide you through temporary setting options or careful sizing strategies beforehand, as true eternity styles are more complicated to resize.
Does my ring come with an official diamond grading report?
Yes. Every loose natural mined or lab-grown center diamond over 1 carat purchased at Morgan’s Jewelers comes accompanied by an official, independent grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or another highly respected gemological laboratory, verifying its exact Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.
Can I customize a ring setting with a different diamond shape or carat weight?
Absolutely. Our on-site manufacturing capabilities and digital CAD rendering technology allow virtually any ring setting in our showroom to be tailored to accommodate your preferred diamond shape (such as round, oval, radiant, cushion, or pear) and scaled perfectly to match your target carat weight.

9. Wedding Rings

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell wedding rings?
Yes. We offer a diverse selection of men’s, women’s, and gender-neutral wedding bands, ranging from traditional high-polished precious metal bands to intricate diamond eternity rings and contemporary designer styles.
What wedding ring style is trending in 2026?
The top trends for 2026 center on chunky gold dome bands (cigar bands), mixed-metal stacks (combining yellow and white gold), and bands featuring flush-set or starburst-set diamonds embedded directly into the metal for a sleek, low-profile look.
When should I purchase my wedding ring?
It is best to select and purchase your wedding bands at least 2 to 3 months prior to your wedding day. This window ensures ample time for precision sizing, custom engraving, or any special production timelines required by specific designer brands without causing last-minute stress. We are absolutely able to work on a shorter timeline depending on the scope of the ring.
Which metal is best for my hands-on lifestyle or daily work?
For a highly active or hands-on lifestyle, platinum is the premier choice because of its natural density; it is highly secure and does not require rhodium plating. If you prefer gold, 14k gold is tougher and more scratch-resistant than 18k gold because it contains a higher percentage of strengthening alloy metals. For men, alternative metals like tantalum or titanium provide excellent scratch resistance and durability.
Can my ring be resized in the future if my finger size changes?
Most classic metal bands, half-eternity diamond bands, and gold rings can be resized easily over time by the Morgan's team. However, full eternity bands (where stones encircle the entire finger) are more complicated to size, and alternative contemporary metals (like tungsten, carbide, or tantalum) cannot be resized and typically require a full replacement if your size shifts significantly.
How do I choose a band width that matches my engagement ring or my partner’s hands?
Proportion is everything. If you want a seamless look next to your engagement ring, match its exact band width (typically 1.5mm to 2.5mm). If you want a bold contrast, pair a delicate engagement ring with a wide 4mm+ statement band. For men or partners with larger hands, a 6mm to 8mm band usually looks balanced, while those with smaller hands or shorter fingers often prefer a 4mm to 5mm width. The showroom team handles visual proportion fittings in-store to ensure comfort and aesthetic balance.

10. Fashion Rings

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell fashion rings?
Yes. We showcase an array of fine fashion rings from iconic luxury designers like Marco Bicego, Gabriel & Co, and Doves, perfect for everyday or cocktail attire.
What fashion ring style is trending in 2026?
In 2026, the focus is on sculptural, contour-heavy yellow gold, textured signet rings, and pieces showcasing vibrant, oversized colored gemstones (such as tourmaline, tanzanite, zircons, and rich sapphires) set in bold, architectural metalwork.
Will this ring turn my finger green or tarnish over time?
No, fine jewelry from Morgan’s will not turn your skin green. Skin discoloration is a reaction caused by cheap base metals like copper or nickel reacting with sweat and skin acidity. Because Morgan's deals in high-purity solid gold and platinum, this is not an issue. While sterling silver fashion pieces can naturally tarnish (darken) over time due to sulfur exposure in the air, a quick pass with a jewelry polishing cloth instantly eliminates it.
What fashion ring is best as a gift?
A slim, stackable gold band or a birthstone fashion ring makes an outstanding gift. Stacking rings are incredibly versatile because they remove the pressure of getting an exact ring fit; the recipient can comfortably wear them on their ring, index, or middle finger, and easily mix them into their existing jewelry collection.
Are your rings adjustable, or do they come in specific sizes?
To maintain maximum structural durability and luxury quality, fine fashion rings are not adjustable and are manufactured in standard, specific sizes (typically stock size 6 or 7 for women). However, Morgan’s on-site master jewelers can quickly size most fashion rings to fit your exact finger dimensions before you take them home.

11. Earrings

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell earrings?
Yes. Our collection includes everything from essential diamond studs and everyday gold huggies to diamond hoops and elaborate designer drop earrings.
What earring styles are trending in 2026?
The 2026 trends lean heavily toward chunky liquid-gold teardrop studs, dramatic shoulder-dusting drop earrings, and curated ear stacks that mix multiple sizes of diamond huggies with textured ear cuffs.
Which earrings are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears?
Earrings crafted from platinum or high-karat gold, such as 18k yellow gold, are the safest choice for sensitive ears. These metals feature exceptional purity levels and are completely free of nickel, which is the primary catalyst for allergic reactions and earlobe irritation.
What type of backing is best for earrings?
For high-value diamond studs, La Pousette (locking) backings or threaded screw-backs are the safest options, as they require a deliberate action to release and prevent the earring from slipping off unnoticed. For daily ease and comfort, heavy-duty mega friction butterfly backs or secure click-in hinged posts (on hoops and huggies) are highly reliable.

12. Necklaces

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell necklaces?
Yes. We carry a comprehensive collection of necklaces, including delicate pendant necklaces, bold fashion chains, and high-end diamond tennis necklaces.
What necklace styles are trending in 2026?
Current 2026 trends spotlight heavy, tactile statement link chains, mixed-cut diamond tennis necklaces (featuring alternating pear, oval, and round diamonds), and large personalized medallions layered over chunky textures.
What designers make the best necklaces?
Morgan's features top-tier designers celebrated for their exceptional necklace craftsmanship: Marco Bicego (famous for hand-bulino-engraved 18k gold textures), Doves by Doron Paloma (celebrated for vibrant, architectural colored gemstones and dramatic diamond pavé borders), and Gabriel & Co. (renowned for timeless elegance, contemporary fashion designs, and versatile layering pieces).
Can a pendant be removed from the chain, or is it permanently attached?
This depends entirely on the design. Many classic pendants feature a slide-through bail, allowing you to easily swap the chain out for a different length or style. However, many modern and contemporary fashion necklaces feature pendants that are permanently integrated directly into the chain links to prevent the clasp from sliding forward and to keep the piece perfectly centered.
What necklaces are best for layering and not tangling?
To successfully layer without tangling, choose necklaces with distinctly different lengths and weights—for example, pairing a lightweight 16-inch chain with a heavier, structural 18-inch paperclip chain and a substantial 20-inch pendant necklace. The physical weight variance keeps the chains from floating together.
What is a necklace clasp?
A necklace clasp is the mechanical fastening device used to connect the two ends of a chain securely. The most common luxury styles include the highly durable lobster claw clasp, the classic round spring ring, and the low-profile, ultra-secure box clasp equipped with safety latches commonly found on fine diamond tennis necklaces.

13. Bracelets

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell bracelets?
Yes. Our inventory ranges from classic gold bangles and diamond tennis bracelets to heavy cuffs and unique link bracelets.
What bracelet styles are trending in 2026?
In 2026, bold structural gold cuffs designed to be worn over clothing or snugly on the forearm are highly popular, along with chunky chain-link toggle bracelets and the timeless practice of stacking multiple diamond tennis bracelets of varying carat weights.
How do I measure my wrist to ensure this bracelet fits properly?
Wrap a soft tailoring tape measure or a piece of string around the widest part of your wrist bone. Note that exact measurement, and then add 1/2 inch for a standard, comfortable fit, or add 3/4 inch if you prefer a looser, fluid drape.
How do I prevent my bracelet from falling off?
Ensure your bracelets feature a clasp with a strong spring tension or a box clasp with dual figure-eight safety catches on the sides, which act as secondary backups if the main lock is pulled open. Bringing your frequently worn bracelets into Morgan's for an annual clasp-tension checkup ensures the mechanism remains perfectly tight.
Which bracelet is easy to put on by myself?
Hinged bangles featuring a simple push-button safety release, flexible cuff bracelets with an open back, and bracelets utilizing heavy, intuitive toggle closures are the easiest styles to fasten independently with one hand.
What do I do if my bracelet is too small?
Bring it into our Torrance showroom. For metal chains and certain designer links, our on-site goldsmiths can seamlessly splice in matching gold links to extend the length. For diamond tennis bracelets, we can source matching diamonds to perfectly extend the pattern.

14. Watches

Does Morgan’s Jewelers sell watches?
Yes. Morgan’s Jewelers is a premier luxury watch resource, authorized to retail premier Swiss timepieces such as Breitling and Frederique Constant and housing an expertly curated vault of authenticated, pre-owned luxury vintage watches, such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Cartier.
What watch styles are trending in 2026?
The 2026 horological market is shifting strongly toward smaller, mid-size vintage case dimensions (36mm to 38mm), richly colored dials (deep olive greens, ice blues, and salmon tones), and luxury steel sports watches with integrated bracelets that easily transition from the boardroom to casual wear.
What is a watch movement?
The movement (or caliber) is the internal mechanism that acts as the "engine" of the watch, powering the hands and complications. The two primary types are Mechanical/Automatic movements (which utilize a complex array of gears and springs powered by the kinetic motion of your wrist or manual winding) and Quartz movements (which run on a battery and use a synthetic quartz crystal to deliver hyper-accurate timekeeping).
What watches are best for starting your collection?
For those entering the luxury Swiss watch landscape, versatile steel timepieces from historic heritage brands like Breitling or Frederique Constant offer an exceptional balance of iconic design language, rugged durability, and excellent long-term value retention.
How do I adjust the strap or remove links to fit my wrist size?
Simply bring your watch into the Morgan's showroom. Our staff and on-site watch technicians use specialized, non-marring horological tools to swiftly add or remove bracelet links and adjust micro-adjustments within the clasp to tailor the watch to your exact wrist profile in just a few minutes.
What does the watch warranty cover, and how long does it last?
Brand-new Swiss timepieces carry official manufacturer warranties generally lasting between 2 and 5 years (depending on the brand), which exclusively cover internal defects in the movement components and manufacturing workmanship. Morgan’s also offers a 1-year limited warranty for all authenticated pre-owned watches. Warranties do not cover external cosmetic wear (scratched crystals, dented bezels), structural damage from drops, or water entry caused by leaving the screw-down crown open.

15. Jewelry Repair

Do you repair jewelry on-site, or is it sent away?
We complete nearly all of our jewelry repairs directly on-site in our state-of-the-art Torrance showroom. Your jewelry remains safe in our hands, handled exclusively by our in-house master jewelers who possess decades of bench experience.
Can you repair jewelry that wasn't originally purchased at Morgan’s Jewelers?
Yes, we welcome all fine jewelry repairs. Whether it is an heirloom passed down through generations or a piece purchased elsewhere, we treat every item with the exact same level of master craftsmanship and care.
How do you determine the cost and timeline for a jewelry repair?
When you bring your piece to our showroom, we inspect it under magnification to evaluate the scope of work, metal type, and any structural vulnerabilities. We provide a transparent, upfront cost estimate and a clear timeline before we begin any work. Most standard repairs are completed within one to two weeks, and rush service is available for a modest fee.
What advanced technologies do you use to keep my jewelry safe during a repair?
We utilize cutting-edge laser-welding technology, which allows us to repair intricate details and settings using a highly focused beam of light. This prevents the heat damage that traditional torches can cause to fragile gemstones. Additionally, we use high-definition digital microscopy to ensure precise stone setting and microscopic prong work.

16. Watch Repair

What kinds of watches do you repair, and are your technicians certified?
We specialize in the service and restoration of fine Swiss timepieces, including Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, and Tudor. Our watchmakers are highly certified and extensively trained to handle everything from basic movement calibrations to complete mechanical overhauls.
Can I get simple watch maintenance done while I wait?
Yes. For bracelet link adjustments or strap changes, we can complete the work right here while you wait and browse our showroom collections or relax in our lounge.
Do you use original manufacturer (OEM) parts for luxury watch overhauls?
Yes, we prioritize and source original manufacturer (OEM) components for all luxury timepiece restorations. This ensures that your watch performs precisely to factory standards and preserves its long-term market value and integrity.
Does Morgan’s Jewelers offer a warranty on watch repair services?
We stand behind our watchmaking expertise. All full mechanical overhauls completed by our team come backed by our one-year service warranty, covering movement accuracy and craftsmanship.

17. Custom Jewelry Design

What does the custom jewelry design process look like at Morgan’s Jewelers?
We begin with a personalized consultation in our showroom to discuss your vision, style preferences, and budget. From there, we create detailed sketches or digital 3D CAD renderings so you can visualize the piece from every angle. Once you approve the design, we craft a physical wax model, cast it in your chosen precious metal, and our master jewelers hand-set each stone to bring your design to life.
Can I bring in my own heirloom diamonds, gemstones, or old gold to use in a new design?
Absolutely. We love transforming sentimental or dated jewelry into modern masterpieces. We can safely unset your existing diamonds or colored gemstones, and either refine your old gold or apply its value directly toward your new creation.
How long does it take to create a fully custom piece of jewelry?
The custom design journey typically takes between four and six weeks from the moment you approve the final 3D design. This timeline ensures we never rush the meticulous casting, setting, and hand-polishing phases.
Do I need a large budget to create a custom piece?
Not at all. We believe custom jewelry should be accessible, and we regularly design across a wide range of budgets. Because we handle the entire process in-house, we can tailor the design, metal weights, and gemstone selections to perfectly align with your comfort zone.

18. Jewelry Appraisal

Who performs the jewelry appraisals at Morgan's Jewelers, and what are their credentials?
Our appraisals are conducted by GIA-trained (Gemological Institute of America) Graduate Gemologists and certified appraisers. They possess the rigorous training required to accurately grade diamonds, identify colored stones, and evaluate market values.
What is the difference between an insurance appraisal and a fair market appraisal?
An insurance appraisal determines the retail replacement value—the cost to replace the item brand new today in the event of loss or theft. A fair market appraisal reflects a realistic selling price between a willing buyer and a willing seller in its current condition, which is typically required for estate settlements, tax purposes, or legal divisions.
Do I need to leave my jewelry at the store for an appraisal?
For single items or small collections, we can often arrange an appraisal appointment where we examine, photograph, and test your pieces while you wait. For extensive estate collections, we securely store your items in our showroom vaults for a few business days to ensure we have the dedicated time needed for precise evaluation.
How often should I have my jewelry appraisals updated?
We recommend updating your insurance appraisals every three to five years. The market values of gold, platinum, and diamonds fluctuate significantly, and keeping your paperwork updated prevents you from being underinsured if you ever need to file a claim.

19. Sell Your Watch

What brands of luxury watches does Morgan’s Jewelers buy?
We are active buyers of premier luxury Swiss timepieces, with a strong focus on Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, and Breitling.
How do I get an offer for my watch, and how quickly am I paid?
Simply bring your timepiece into our Torrance showroom, email us at [email protected], or text/call us at (310) 375-4471. Our watch specialists will evaluate its authenticity, mechanical condition, and exterior wear. Once we complete our inspection, we will present you with a competitive market offer. If you accept, we will provide immediate payment.
Does having the original box and paperwork affect the value of my watch?
Yes, significantly. Having the original presentation box, warranty cards, serial tags, and previous service history receipts adds clear provenance and collector value, allowing us to offer you a higher payout.
Can I trade in my watch toward a new piece of jewelry or an upgraded timepiece?
Yes, we welcome trades. We often provide an enhanced trade-in allowance if you choose to apply the value of your timepiece toward a new jewelry purchase, an engagement ring, or another watch from our showroom inventory.

20. Financing

What financing or flexible payment plans does Morgan’s Jewelers offer?
We partner with trusted financial institutions to offer flexible financing programs designed to fit your lifestyle, frequently featuring 0% APR promotional periods for qualified buyers. We also offer a classic, interest-free in-store layaway program.
How do I apply for financing, and how long does the approval process take?
You can apply securely through our online portal or in our showroom with the help of our team. The application process takes only a few minutes, and we receive an approval decision almost instantly.
Will applying for financing hurt my credit score?
Standard financing applications involve a formal credit inquiry, which can temporarily affect your credit score by a few points. Our showroom specialists can review the terms and process with you before you submit your application.
Can I use financing for custom jewelry designs or luxury watch purchases?
Yes. Our financing options can be applied across our entire showroom, including completely custom-designed jewelry, engagement rings, loose diamonds, and our luxury Swiss timepiece collections.
