21-Day Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You may return any unworn and unaltered piece within 21 days. Rings are
not returnable after sizing.
In order to make a return, you must email us returns@morgansjewelers.com, or call to receive a return authorization number at 1-800-585-4471. Please return the item by UPS, US MAIL, or FED-EX,
and include a copy of your receipt. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you find will be able to verify receipt.
Our graduate gemologists will inspect your return and we will gladly exchange, replace or credit your charge card. All special order sales are final. Your return authorization number must appear on the outside of the box under your return address.
